After developing 'Downproof' (an exclusive down bedding fabric), we continue to enhance our techniques in producing washable and line-dryable feather bedding and in our Iozon-based activation of high-quality natural materials such as down, feather, camel hair and yak hair. There are four seasons and the seasons effest not only our sleep, but also the natural materials we use to make bedding. IWATA carefully selects materials from around the world, to promote comfortable, healthy, good sleep. We first visit the land where the materials are produced, and validate the rearing environment, manufacturing capacity, quality level, management systems and other factors. We bring back samples, analyze, and then select based on our own strict standards. Validation, procurement, assay of materials, and securement of a supply route-this continuous cycle lets us choose safe and reliable materials.
